Severe flooding in Houston

It's complete devastation in the Houston area as torrential rains from Tropical Storm Harvey cause severe flooding. More than 1,200 people have been rescued and the storm isn't over yet. FOX 7's Ashley Paredez has a look and more on what's being done to help those affected.
