Felony fertility fraud bill sent to Texas governor

Fertility doctors could be charged with rape under new legislation approved today by state lawmakers. A case in East Texas involving a doctor who used his own sperm to impregnate a patient prompted the filing of the bill. FOX 7 Austin's Rudy Koski has details.
