Family of Round Rock hit-and-run victim raising money to hire private investigator

Family and friends of 24-year-old Cleveland Deshon Elliott gathered at the Common Sense Karaoke Bar Sunday afternoon to celebrate Elliott?s life and raise money for a private investigator.
