Ingredients 1 lb chicken cutlets 1 1/2 cups Texas Pecan Coating Mix 4 Tbsp Ottavio Organic Olive Oil Roberts Reserve Jalapeno Dip Method Heat skillet over medium heat. Add in oil and allow to heat for a few seconds. Coat chicken in Jalapeno Coating. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side. When done, set on a paper towel to drain. Serve with jalapeno dip.
