Arrest warrant issued for top Texas Democrat in drug possession case

An arrest warrant was issued for state Rep. Poncho Nev?rez in a felony drug possession case. Nev?rez was reportedly recorded dropping an envelope containing cocaine at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in September.
