Crimewatch: Williamson County animal cruelty case inspires new beginnings

Two years ago, a Round Rock police officer adopted a dog from the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter that had been dragged behind a pick-up. The experience of bringing the dog back to good health has led RRPD to raise money for a non-profit. FOX 7 Austin's Shannon Ryan has more.
