Dropped charges to malicious prosecution case in Texas

Former Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody and attorney Jason Nassour have filed a civil lawsuit against Travis and Williamson counties and their district attorneys, alleging malicious prosecution after evidence-tampering charges related to missing Live PD footage from the 2019 death of Javier Ambler were dropped.
