Austin ICE shooting: Man faces federal charge

A federal judge has canceled a hearing scheduled for today for the man shot by an ICE officer in Austin. The 28-year-old is now facing a federal criminal charge connected to the Sept. 20 shooting. FOX 7 Austin's Julieanna Jackson has the details.
