Minnesota sues Gov. Greg Abbott

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has sued Gov. Greg Abbott. They are trying to compel Abbott to extradite an ICE agent to stand trial for assault and falsely reporting a crime after he wounded a man during a crackdown in Minneapolis.
