Camp Mystic hearing: Committee looks into flooding

It's been 10 months since catastrophic flooding hit Central Texas. Lives were lost, including more than 20 girls at Camp Mystic in Kerr County. On April 27, a joint legislative hearing started at the Texas Capitol.
