Cooking with FOX 7: Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

The recipe is as follows:


1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Brisket Rub
1/2 cup finely diced onion
16 1/2 inch cubes cheddar cheese
1 jar better Than Good Traditional Texas BBQ Sauce


In a bowl combine ground beef, egg, Brisket Rub, and onion.
Mix well.
Divide the mixture into 16 even portions.
Form each portion into a ball around a cube of cheese.
Place meatballs in a greased 9x13 baking dish and cover with Better Than Good Traditional BBQ sauce.
Bake in a preheated 350° for 25 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
