The recipe is as follows:
1 lb Italian sausage, cooked & drained
1 cup yellow onion, diced
3/4 cup diced carrot
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 zucchini, diced
1 squash, diced
8 oz sliced baby Bella mushrooms
1 jar Orti di Calabria Arribiata Sauce
32 oz chicken broth
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute onions and carrots for about 5 minutes. Pour all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir. Cook on low for 8 hours. Season to taste and serve with crusty bread.
