Cooking with FOX 7: Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops

The recipes are as follows:
Ingredients
1 lb pork loin center chops
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Sweet Pork Rib Rub
8 oz Robert's Reserve Roasted Pineapple 7 habanero Sauce
Method
* 8 Heat skillet over medium heat. Once hot add in about 3 Tbsp olive oil.
* Season chops with Adams rub and place in skillet for aprox. 4 minutes per side. Cook time will vary depending on thickness of pork chops. Internal temperature should reach 145°.
* Right before the pork chops are done, pour the Pineapple habanero Sauce over the top of them. Let the sauce heat up as the pork chops finish cooking.
White Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
Ingredients
1/3 cup Robert's Reserve Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
1 box brownie mix, along with ingredients needed to make them per label
1 cup white chocolate chips
Method
* Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and pour into a baking dish of desired size.
* Before baking, drizzle Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over the top. Using a butter knife marble the sauce into the mix. Evenly sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the top and bake according to package directions.
