F45 Training

F45 Training is a high intensity, functional and circuit based group workout that's one of the places around town that'll help you stay fit and healthy during the new year.

The workout is designed to burn 600-900 calories in 45 minutes and has a different focus depending on the day of the week.

Cardio based classes are usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday and resistance focus is on Tuesday and Thursday.

Saturday classes ramp up the energy with a live DJ.

F45's grand opening is Jan. 5 with classes at 9 and 10:30 AM.
