1 dead in motorcycle wreck in Southwest Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - First responders are on the scene of a deadly motorcycle wreck in Southwest Austin near Oak Hill.

Austin-Travis County EMS says the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash on Southwest Parkway around 8 a.m. Wednesday.

An adult died at the scene.

First responders say there will be extended road closures in the area while police investigate. Expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
