Burnet CISD school bus rear-ended on Highway 29

A Burnet CISD school bus was rear-ended on Highway 29, according to the school district. 

Bus 101 was involved in a car accident on Highway 29 in the morning of Monday, October 1, 2018. None of the students were injured and neither was the bus driver. 

The bus monitor was transported to the hospital with a shoulder injury.

According to Burnet CISD, all the parents of students on the bus have been contacted.

Early indication is the bus was hit from behind causing it to roll onto its side.
