Cellphone video captures roof collapsing in NorCal home during massive rainstorm

Heavy storms are hitting Northern California yet again, and the water is rising in many communities there is also the danger of hard, steady rain.

The city of Guerneville was hit hard by the storm as you can see in this video above shot by one of our former employees, Jilla Saint Germain, from her living room ceiling collapsing Tuesday night.

The Russian River is rising quickly and is forecast to reach nearly 14 feet above flood stage by late Wednesday night.

Mandatory evacuation orders have been issued for two dozen small communities along the river.

Residents are already seeing mudslides, flooded roadways and swift water rescues.
