Donald Trump's shutdown threat could mean trouble for Republicans

Congress has to pass the next spending bill by September 30th, or the federal government will shut down.

President Trump said he would have "no problem" shutting down the federal government this fall, if congressional lawmakers don't agree to provide additional border security funding.
