But is there really an emergency?

Last week President Trump declared a national emergency on the southern border of the United States.

The declaration allows the president to move funds essentially financing a border wall.

FOX 7 Austin’s Mike Warren talked to Travis County GOP Chairman Matt Mackowiak and Glenn Smith from Progress Texas about whether or not President Trump needed to declare a national emergency to get his border wall funded.
