Kyle PD names suspect in homicide of 19-year-old
Kyle, Texas - Kyle Police Department has identified a suspect in the murder of 19-year-old Benjamin Albert Verse.
20-year-old Davonte Tenille Miller had a warrant issued for his arrest in the involvement of Verse's murder. According to the KPD, the warrant is a charge of Capital Murder.
Verse was found deceased in his vehicle on Sept. 25, 2019. Officers discovered his body in a business parking lot in the 22000 block of I-35 in Kyle at approximately 12:42 a.m. San Marcos PD helped in the investigation.
Miller is currently being held in the Acadia Parish Jail in Louisiana on separate charges. This investigation is still ongoing with the possibility of additional charges to follow.
