Man dies after 'struggle' in Lake Travis
A day on the lake turned deadly on Sunday afternoon.
Travis County Sheriff's Office Lake patrol was called out to a report of CPR on a party boat on Lake Travis.
34-year-old Saugata Ghosh was out on the lake. Witnesses said Ghosh was swimming with friends when he started to struggle in the water.
Once Lake Patrol arrived, Ghosh was taken to Emerald Point Marina where EMS then transported him to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. Ghosh was pronounced dead at 5:26 p.m.
TCSO said "the cause and manner of death will be determined by the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office in the coming weeks."
