NICU babies celebrate Halloween

Some of St. David's Women's Center of Texas' tiniest patients celebrated Halloween in style.
Parents of premature NICU babies dressed up their kids and celebrated with a costume contest.
All the babies who participated won an award ranging from 'Tiniest Pumpkin Award' to the 'The Sleepiest Sweet Scarecrows.'
