Officer retrieves stolen wallet of disabled Marine veteran
MADISON, Wis. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - A police officer in Madison, Wisconsin recently went above and beyond the call of duty for a veteran who had his wallet stolen.
Officer Buccellato was working a theft case where a Marine veteran with disabilities had his wallet stolen. After about a week-long investigation, the Madison Police Department said that Officer Buccellato was able to arrest the suspect. He also was able to get the veteran's wallet back.
The police department posted photos of Officer Buccellato in a dumpster, where the wallet was found, on Facebook with the caption "Dirty Jobs."
