Crash near COTA injures 2 adults, 1 child: ATCEMS

AUSTIN, Texas - Two adults and one child have been injured in a multi-vehicle crash near Circuit of the Americas.

What we know:

ATCEMS and Travis County Fire Rescue responded to the crash at Elroy Road and Jacobson Road, right behind COTA, around 6:44 p.m. Feb. 9. 

Three people were involved in the crash, says ATCEMS.

One critically injured adult was taken to a trauma center, says ATCEMS.

An adult and a child with serious, but not life-threatening injuries were also taken to trauma centers.

What we don't know:

It is currently unknown what caused the crash.
