Two people hospitalized after I-35 crash

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - Two people were hospitalized after a crash on I-35 at around 1:30 a.m.

The crash happened on the southbound side of I-35 near the Wells Branch exit.

Multiple cars were reportedly involved and a patient had to be extricated from one of the vehicles.

A man and a women were to taken to the hospital but officials say both are expected to be okay.
