Rolling Pines Fire: Bastrop County Judge Paul Poppy asking TPWD why a prescribed burn lost control

The Rolling Pines Fire forced residents in the area out of their homes and has burned over 800 acres. Now, Judge Poppy is asking why TWPD let a prescribed fire get out of control when they didn't have permission to conduct one in the first place.
