City of Austin Historic Landmark Commission votes to protect 4th Street bars
The City of Austin?s Historic Landmark Commission voted to protect a number of LGBTQ+ bars on downtown 4th Street in a unanimous vote Wednesday night. It comes as the development of a 40-story high-rise building would have taken the place of Coconut Club, Oilcan Harry?s, and Neon Grotto. FOX 7 Austin's Kelly Saberi has the details.
