Buda police say suspected 'tailgater' was worker who had wrong apartment

Buda police reported Friday night that a man seen in a video they posted on social media was not a "tailgater" as initially said, but was a construction worker who tried to enter the wrong apartment. The worker was at the complex for a job at an apartment above the one where the video was taken.
