Elected officials, community members, and advocates from several organizations will come together at the Texas Capitol Tuesday at 11 a.m. to rally for a special session to address the extreme heat in Texas prisons. Rep. Carl Sherman (D) joins us with more on what he says are "intentional" and "inhumane" conditions.
