14 constitutional amendments on Texas ballots

On Tuesday, voters will decide on 14 different propositions in Texas. Some of the key proposals include expanding high-speed internet access, funding for water projects, and changes to the retirement age for judges. Amy Stansbury, editor-in-chief of the Austin Common, joins us with more.
