Keep Austin Weird Festival in 2008

Leslie Cochran, fairies and the Cat in the Hat all showed up as runners participated in a 5K race associated with the festival. Lost of people competed in wacky costumes, but one of the "weirdest" things showing up along Auditorium Shores was solar panels to run appliances like stage lights.
