Murder of Debra Jackson - 46 years later
It's been 46 years since a woman's body was found in a concrete ditch off I-35 near Georgetown. For the longest time, the victim was only known as "orange socks" because that was the only clothing on her body. She was identified in 2019 as Debra Jackson.
