Thousands of DNA cases, some dating back to the 1990s, still sit untested here in Austin. The Austin Police Department's forensic lab shut down this summer because it wasn't up to standards. FOX 7's Casey Claiborne has more on the city considering using a Dallas lab to help them catch up.
