Paris Climate Change Accord debate
President Trump is widely expected to announce that the U.S. is leaving the agreement that was signed by nearly 200 countries pledging to reduce carbon emissions. Critics say the agreement requires too much from the U.S. and too little from others but advocates say it's essential to coordinate global climate change efforts. Jim Marston, VP of Clean Energy at the Environmental Defense Fund has more.
