After seven wild days of boiling water, business shutdowns, restaurant menu adjustments, water bottles, press conferences, emergency water conservation and a disaster declaration: on Sunday afternoon, Austin Water Director Greg Meszaros walked out of City Hall drinking a fresh glass of Austin water.
