Parents of North Austin hit-and-run victim plea for public's help in finding driver

On October 16th, Ryan Mallet was driving home from work when he pulled into a parking lot in the Capital Plaza Shopping Center. Mallet stepped out of his car and was hit by someone driving a silver truck; the driver left the scene.
