‘Texas Elvis’ Donnie Roberts ‘all shook up’ by pandemic shutdown

Donnie Roberts calls himself “Texas Elvis.” He works for Meals on Wheels Central Texas by day, Elvis by night. But the Coronavirus shutdowns have sidelined Roberts and he’s “all shook up” about it. We chatted with Roberts via zoom.
