State Sen. Campbell hopes to clarify law protecting families of fallen military

State Sen. Donna Campbell from New Braunfels has re-filed SB 611, an effort to give 100% property tax exemption to spouses of fallen military personnel. The law as it stands now only applies to military men and women killed “in action.” This would extend the exemption to those killed “in the line of duty.”
