Baltimore's new bridge expected to cost billions
Two years ago, Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed in seconds after a massive ship slammed into it. Officials pledged to rebuild it. It was once projected at under $2 billion with a 2028 completion. Now, its expected to cost more than double and won't open until around 2030.
