AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Police Department has said that the death of the two-month-old baby in South Austin does not appear to be suspicious at this time. The police provided the update on Twitter shortly before 9 a.m.
According to police, the death was called in around 4:15 am on Monday, February 10 in the 5000 block of South Congress, just before Stassney Lane.
Police say a two-month-old baby was found dead at the Austin Express Auto Parts business. Police processed the scene relatively quickly and investigators were paying special attention to a green truck parked outside the gate.
One person who works nearby commented that the time the death was reported and the location seemed very odd.
