APD says missing person found safe

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The Austin Police Department says that a missing person has been found safe. 

Officials made the announcement just before 9 a.m. but no further details were released.

APD had been asking the public for help in locating 53-year-old Brian Hatley due to medical concerns.

According to police, Hatley was last seen in the 1100 block of Kramer Lane on Wednesday, May 1. Hatley was last seen wearing blue and red plaid shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
