APD seeks help identifying suspects in robbery series

The Austin Police and the Pflugerville Police Departments are asking the public to help with the investigation of a number of weekend robberies.

Authorities believe all four cases are all related after reviewing surveillance video. The robberies occurred between the morning of September 17 and the evening on September 18th at multiple locations.  

The first incident happened on Saturday, September 17, just after 7 AM, a female suspect entered the Walgreen’s at 9307 N Lamar Blvd, displayed a weapon and demanded money. Police said she fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

Later the same day, just before 6 PM, police say the female suspect entered La Michoacana at 946 Payton Gin Rd, she displayed a weapon and demanded money. An employee refused but the suspect grabbed a tip jar, then fled the scene.

A few hours later, just after 10 PM, the same female suspect entered the Walgreen’s at 12250 Metric Blvd, pulled out a weapon and demanded money. The suspect again fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

The following day in Pflugerville, just before 3 PM, a female suspect and a male suspect, entered the Walgreen’s at 1509 W. Wells Branch Pkwy. The suspects displayed weapons and demanded money. The suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
