FOX 7 Debate: School finance bill in Texas

House lawmakers are rejecting the Senate's changes to the school finance bill. 

State senators cut $500 million from the House's version and added an education savings accounts for families with special education children. The bill only added taxpayer money to public schools, leaving out voucher programs.
