FOX-7 Discussion: 40% of Young Americans Plan to Vote in this Year's Midterm Elections

AUSTIN, Texas - Nearly $5 million Texans have already cast a ballot in the midterm elections, that surpasses the number of midterm voters in the 2014 elections.

Around the nation, enthusiasm is building especially among young voters.

A Harvard Kennedy school poll finds 40% of young Americans plan to vote in the midterm elections.

That's voters aged 18-to-29.
