FOX 7 Discussion: Blocking Trump's 'national emergency'

AUSTIN,Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mcconnell says the Senate will likely vote to block President Trump's national emergency declaration.

His comments come as his fellow Republican Senator Rand Paul says he will join Democrats and vote against Trump as well.

FOX 7 Austin’s Mike Warren talked to Travis County GOP Executive Director Spencer Davis and Manny Garcia, the executive director of the Texas Democratic Party about the Senate planning to vote against the president's emergency declaration.
