FOX 7 Discussion: Paid Sick Leave Lawsuit

AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Public Policy Foundation has filed a lawsuit over the City of Austin's mandatory paid sick leave ordinance.

The suit claims the ordinance is preempted by state law and, is unconstitutional.
