'Kill list' found at school is TV production class prop

ORANGE CITY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A "Kill List" was found in a classroom at River Springs Middle school in Orange City. Ten names were on it, including Mrs. Potato. 

Not taking any chances, a teacher told a school resource officer, and deputies investigated.

It turns out, the "Kill List" is part of a prop for a TV Production project by five students. The project was called "The School Purge" and was a short film.

A school spokeswoman said it's inappropriate, and said the teacher will be talked to. The students were told it was not acceptable but will not be punished.
