Missing elderly woman found soon after alert issued

APD says that Alice Jones has been located. They tweeted the following. "Missing Person update: Alice Jones has been located in Hamilton, TX. The 89 yr old is safe. Thanks for your help!"

Austin Police are reporting a missing elderly woman. Alice Jones, 89-years-old, was last seen 2pm at Capitol Bingo on 5310 Burnet Road on Monday. She is possibly headed Northwest to Lago Vista.

APD is looking for a 2001 black Hyundai 4 door with Texas License Plate CGN6401.

Alice was last seen wearing a red shirt, black pants, white shoes and carrying a beige purse.

Police says Alice recently suffered a head injury.
