Pedestrian critically injured in crash in southwest Austin

AUSTIN,Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - Parts of Loop 360 southbound were shut down east of Mopac near the Barton Creek greenbelt after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle said officials.
It happened Tuesday night around 9:37 p.m.,on the 3600 block of Capital of Texas Highway.
Austin-Travis County EMS say the victim is an adult male, and he was taken to the hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.
Expect closures and delays in the area as EMS work to clear scene.
