Person in custody after stabbing in East Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - Austin police are investigating a stabbing in East Austin.

It happened just after 9 p.m. on October 21 at East 12th Street and Cedar Avenue.

Police say a man and a woman, both in their 40s, were taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

One of the patients is the suspect and is now in custody.
